Water Softner

Water Softner


We offer precision engineered water softner that finds wide application in various industrial and domestic sectors. Our sound understanding of process parameters and piping knowledge has fetched us many reputed plant projects. Further, we have an in-house vessel manufacturing facility adds to our advantage for getting the major projects. These softeners are offered in different capacities ranging from 1000 LPH TO 200000 LPH.

Manufactured using PVC, FRP and MSRL, these water softeners have manual, semiautomatic and fully automatic operation. We make use of strong acid cation from the water in for our industrial water softeners. This removes various hardness causing impurities such as Calcium and Magnesium from the water and makes it soft. These can easily remove impurities such as suspended particles, organic materials and bad odor present in the water. Our Water Softener is capable of removing hardness efficiently up to 99.99 percent.

Reverse Osmosis Systems


The reverse osmosis systems work by using pressure to force a solution through a membrane, retaining the solute on one side and allowing the pure solvent to pass to the other side. This is the reverse of the normal osmosis process, which is the natural movement of solvent from an area of low solute concentration, through a membrane, to an area of high solute concentration when no external pressure is applied.

Its essentially a cross flow filtration technique wherein water is passed parallel to membranes at higher pressure.the

Reverse Osmosis Systems

Activated Carbon Filter


Water may contain different types of impurities such as free gases, contaminants, color, and odor. The activated carbon has the ability to absorb these contaminants from tap water. The activated carbon filters offered by us is an activated charcoal processed in such a way that surface area is increased in order of 1000 sq.mtr /gm. In this type of filter, activated carbon is processed to have high positive charge and as soon as the negative charged water is passed through it, it absorbs the negative charged contaminants. Our range of activated carbon filters is known for its features such as effective, easy to use and reliable.

Pressure Sand Filter


Pressure sand filters are most suitable for removing the suspended solids from water. In these filter, the filtration medium has multiple layer of sand, where each layer has different specific gravity.

Pressure sand filters are provided with water pump for generating necessary operating pressure. For Filtration, water is passed through multi-grade sand filter at a pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 that reduce the presence of suspended solids in the water.

The filter effectively removes suspended solid of sized up to 30-50 micron to around 5 ppm. The pressure sand filter requires to be washed for 20-30 minutes with normal water.

De-Mineralisation Plants


Demineralization is the Process of removing the mineral salts from water by ion-exchange. Impurities that remains dissolved in water dissociate to form positive and negative charged particles known as ions. These impurities or compounds are called electrolytes.

Generally, all natural water has electrolytes in varying concentrations. An ion-exchange vessel holds ion-exchange resin of the required type through which water is allowed to pass. The selective ions in the water are exchanged with ions or radicals loosely held by the resin. In this way, the water is passed through several vessels or a mixed bed vessel so that both positive and negative ions are removed and water is demineralised.
