Manufactured using high grade PP, PVC, HDPE and FRP which are perfect for harsh chemical and corrosive environment, our cartridge filters are sturdy and durable. Our cartridge filters can be operated manually or automatically as per the requirement of our client. These filters offer up to 0.5 microns degree of filtration using the advanced filtration method. These cartridge filters are classified depending on the type of filtering media used for filtering purpose. The simplex type of filter is commonly used where continuous operation is not required and break down is tolerable. We design our cartridge filters depending on the flow rate and permissible pressure drop, and expected filtered fluid quality. Further, the cartridge filter media such as Bag, Basket or cartridge are chosen only after considering the inlet fluid quality and its load. We also customize our filters as per the requirement of our clients.

Filtration is an indispensable process in any industry. At DM engineering we offer various dead end filtration equipments, which are made out of traditional metals as well as new generation composites (PP,PVC,PVDF,HDPE,FRP) in the form of basket filters, bag filters and cartridge filters.

These types of filters have high filtration area. Element used is either a perforated basket with screening mesh or a bag/cartridge of specific degree of filtration. Washing/disposing/back washing can clean the basket/bag/cartridge when clogged.

These cartridge filters can be offered in manual as well as automatic mode with control circuit & automatic valves.

Simplex / duplex option offer flexibility of operation viz.

Filtration as fine as 1micron or lower is easily achievable with these inline filters.
