Cartridge Filters

This class of filters known as cartridge filters is classified depending on the type of filtering media used in it.

A simplex filter is generally used for batch processes where continuous operation  is not desired & break down is tolerable

At DME, depending on the flow rate & permissible pressure drop, expected filtered fluid quality, a filter is carefully designed. A filter media like Bag, Basket or cartridge is selected after considering the inlet fluid quality & its load.

• MOC offered: PP/PVC/HDPE/FRP which are best suited for harsh chemical & corrosive atmosphere
• Operation: Manual/ Fully automatic
• Degree of filtration offered: up to 0.5 microns
